Job Description

 Our client is a large organisation were they are looking for a Contracts Management Team Leader to manage their teamof 9 Contract Analysts.

 

Within this role you will ensure the smooth running of the Contracts Management team, together with the supervision of it¿s staff. 

Co-ordinate the production of periodic reviews, and audits on contracts performance and accuracy.

Co-ordinate accurate recording on Experian.

Roles/Responsibilities
  • Supervision of the Contract Management team.
  • To understand the impact of processing entries on the accounting ledgers and to provide knowledge and support to the team in how to correct any invoicing errors.
  • Complete Month end tasks in a timely manner.
  • Assisting Financial Controller with other finance duties as directed
  • Skills/Experience
    • Microsoft i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
    • Supervisory experience
    • Report writing
    • Finance background
