Senior PA on the Trading Floor

This leading US investment bank, based within the City of London, is looking for a Trading Floor Secretary to support the Head of FX Sales plus a small team consisting of an MD, Director and team of Associates and Analysts.

The role is primarily focused (80%) on support the Head of the desk with all secretarial and administrative support, to include:

Diary management

Screening calls and emails

Meeting coordination

Travel arrangements

Expenses reconciliation

Client liaison

Support for the rest of the team will be as and when is required, mostly screening calls and ad hoc administration.

It is essential that you have previously worked within an investment bank on the trading floor.  You must have support up to at least MD level, and will ideally have experience predominantly within a 1:1 role.

Degree level or equivalently educated.
