Credit Analyst- Hedge Funds, London

Global investment bank is looking to hire a credit analyst to look after its European hedge fund portfolio.

You will work in a very analytical pre-trade credit team where you will have immediate responsibility for a large portfolio of clients and lots of autonomy. You will be expected to have a lot of client contact in order for you to perform your due diligence responsibilities.

In order to qualify for this position you must have the following:

• Past experience of hedge funds clients
• Strong understanding of derivative products
• Ideally you will also have very good modelling skills including VBA, Access and SQL
• Strong personality to be able to deal with front office
• Have a responsible attitude to your clients and be able to work on your own initiative
• Strong market knowledge
