Morgan McKinley, part of Imprint, has launched a new responsible referral scheme – Referral Aid.  Referral Aid has one objective: to ensure that communities and the environment benefit from our consultants placing candidates that are referred to us.

We thought about a scheme that rewards you in cash or vouchers or champagne but we decided it was better to use this to help you do your bit for the needy and the environment.  So whilst you won’t get the latest mobile phone or ipod accessory from referring a friend to us, you could save a life; offset your impact on the climate or help discover a medical breakthrough.  It’s your choice but please think about the real difference your referral could make.

If you know someone who might want to move jobs or is thinking of working abroad or who is immediately available for temp work, get them to contact us. 

If we can help them, our specialist consultants will support them in their search to find the right opportunity.  If we place them in a new permanent or a temporary job (minimum two weeks) then we will make a donation to a charity of your choice or make a contribution towards offsetting your carbon footprint up to the value of £1000.*

Get your friends and colleagues to contact us and when they send in their CVs to us, to state clearly they were referred by you.

When we place someone you referred to us, use the form below to make sure we are aware that you referred them to us. 

What we will do

Once the person you referred has passed their probation period or started their temporary assignment, we will contact you to confirm whether you want to offset your carbon footprint or make a charitable donation and which charity you wish to support.  We will then make the relevant donation on your behalf. 

It really couldn’t be simpler. All you need to do is get your friends to register with us and decide how you would like to use your donation.  It costs you nothing but it could be a lifeline to someone else.
